2. Excluded Products
The discount does NOT apply to Victron products.
Power Crank reserves the right to add or remove product exclusions at any time.
3. Stock Availability
- Discount only applies while stock lasts.
- No rainchecks or backorders are available for discounted items.
- If an item sells out, the price cannot be honoured once new stock arrives.
4. Returns & Exchanges
To protect the integrity of the sale and ensure fair access to discounted pricing:
All discounted items purchased as part of the End of Year Sale are FINAL SALE.
This means:
- No returns for change of mind
- No refunds
- No exchanges for alternative models, sizes, or specifications
Faulty Items
Power Crank will continue to honour all Australian Consumer Law obligations.
Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund only in cases of genuine manufacturing fault.
Change-of-mind scenarios, incorrect selection, or fitment issues are not considered faults.
5. Combining Discounts
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, bundle offer, or loyalty benefit.
6. Order Adjustments
- Discount cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the sale.
- Orders cannot be modified after placement to add items at the discounted price.
- If an order is cancelled by the customer, Power Crank is not obligated to re-honour the discount if the sale period has ended or stock is depleted.
